| One
Mesa is located in Point Reyes Station, approximately 45 miles north of
San Francisco off Highway 1 along the west coast of California. Guests
may approach One Mesa from the winding scenic Highway 1, either northbound
or southbound. You can also reach the Bed & Breakfast via Sir Francis
Drake Boulevard or Point Reyes/Petaluma Road.

Northbound
Highway 101 (from San Francisco):
To
reach One Mesa Bed & Breakfast via Highway 1 from the city head northbound
on 101 across the Golden Gate Bridge. Continue northbound 101 until you
reach the last Sausalito exit going towards Stinson Beach. This will put
you onto Highway 1. Continue on Highway 1 north through the town of Stinson
Beach to the even smaller town of Olema. When you reach Olema you will
come to a flashing stop light (the only stop light in the town). Continue
north for about 2 miles until you cross a green bridge. You are now
in Point Reyes Station. Follow the main road through the center of
town. Highway 1 will turn to the right at the Bank of Petaluma.
From this point please continue for 1.1 miles to the second Mesa Road
sign. Be careful when you go uphill and turn on your left turn signal
early. Turn left onto Mesa Road and take an immediate left into the first
driveway, which is One Mesa. (You will see a sign for Mesa Rd , it's
a loose horse shoe road, just after the gas station and Bank on you immediate
left. You may take that left and follow Mesa around a few turns for 1.1
miles to #1 Mesa Rd, which will be on your right or continue on Highway
One as indicated).
The
entrance gate will be closed to keep the ravenous deer out so just open
it and drive in, park to the left on the gravel and PLEASE be sure to
close the gate to protect the flowers!

San
Francisco (via Sir Francis Drake Blvd):
To
reach One Mesa via Sir Francis Drake Blvd. you will want to travel northbound
on Highway 101 across the Golden Gate Bridge. After about 20 minutes (with
light traffic) you'll pass by exits for Sausalito, Marin City, and Mill
Valley. As you pass through the town of Corte Madera, you should see an
exit for San Anselmo on the right side of the freeway.Take the Sir Francis
Drake / Richmond Bridge exit and veer left, this will put you onto Sir
Francis Drake Blvd. towards San Anselmo. You are now on Sir Francis Drake
and will want to stay on it for close to 30-40 minutes from the 101 turn
off. You will pass through the towns of Kentfield, San Anselmo, Fairfax,
San Geronimo,Woodacre, and other towns on your way to Point Reyes. About
30 - 35 minutes from the 101/Sir Francis Drake exit you will pass through
Samuel P. Taylor State Park. After passing through this beautiful park
you drive up and over a relatively short hill and come to a flashing stop
light. This is the town of Olema. You'll need to take a right turn here
at the light onto Highway 1. Continue north for about 2 miles until you
cross a green bridge. You are now in Point Reyes Station.
Follow the main road through the center of town. Highway 1 will

The
East Bay:
From
the East Bay take Highway 580 across the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge. Just
after crossing the bridge there will be an exit for Sir Francis Drake
Blvd. Take this exit and follow Sir Francis Drake for about 40 minutes.
You will pass through the towns of Kentfield, San Anselmo, Fairfax, San
Geronimo, Woodacre, and others. Soon after passing through Samuel P. Taylor
State Park you will drive down a short steep hill to a flashing stop light.
This is the town of Olema. You'll need to take a right turn here at the
light onto Highway 1. Continue north for about 2 miles until you
cross a green bridge. You are now in Point Reyes Station.

Southbound Highway 1:
Traveling along Highway 1 southbound from Jenner, you will go
through the towns of Bodega Bay, Valley Ford, Tomales, Marshall, and others.
When you've gotten as far south as Marshall you will soon be approaching
the town of Point Reyes Station (still another 15 - 20 minutes from Marshall).
The Bay will be on your right. As it ends you will see a stand of Cypress
trees on the right. The first road on your right is Cypress followed by
Mesa Road. Take a right on Mesa Rd.and take an immediate left into
the first driveway, which is One Mesa.
The

it and drive in, park to the left on the gravel and PLEASE be sure to
close the gate to protect the flowers!

Petaluma:
To
reach One Mesa from Petaluma you will need to get onto "D" street
on the west side of town. From Highway 101 southbound take the Washington
Street exit westbound to Petaluma Blvd. Make a left turn onto Petaluma
Blvd. and follow it for a mile or so to "D" Street. Take a right
turn onto "D" Street and follow it until you are out of Petaluma.
Once you are out of town, "D" Street turns into Point Reyes/Petaluma
Road. Follow this road 25 minutes past the Novato Blvd. turn-off and later
the Nicasio Reservoir. Soon after passing the Reservoir you will come
to a stop sign. Take a right hand turn to get to Point Reyes Station.
When you reach the next stop sign (approximately 10 minutes, or two miles,
after turn), take a right on Hwy 1 towards Jenner. Drive .6 miles,
be careful when you go uphill and turn on your left turn signal early.
Turn left onto Mesa Road and take an immediate left into the first driveway,
which is One Mesa.
From
Highway 101 northbound take the Petaluma Blvd. exit and follow it past
the bowling alley and down the road about a mile to the "D"
Street junction (there is a stop light at this 4-way intersection). Take
a left turn onto "D" Street and follow it until you are out
of Petaluma. Once you are out of town, "D" Street turns into
Point Reyes/Petaluma Road. Follow this road 25 minutes past the Novato
Blvd. turn-off and later the Nicasio Reservoir. Soon after passing the

Novato:
From
Novato, take the Rowland exit across the freeway to South Novato Blvd.
Follow that westbound until it becomes Novato Blvd. all the way out (about
9 miles) to Point Reyes/Petaluma Road. At this junction you will take
a left turn and follow Point Reyes/Petaluma Road through the back country
foothills and past the Nicasio Reservoir. Soon after passing the Reservoir
you will come to a stop sign. Take a right hand turn to get to Point Reyes
Station. When you reach the next stop sign (approximately 10 minutes
after turn), take a right on Hwy 1 towards Jenner. Drive .6 miles,
be careful when you go uphill and turn on your left turn signal early.
