Almost black, high polished wooden floors throughout are complemented and offset by the natural light filling each room from strategically placed windows and skylights.

The bedrooms are appointed with 1 queen and 1 king that can be made into 2 twins and fitted with high-end linens for your comfort. The bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s, DVD players and a Satellite server.

Rental includes free access to WIFI, washer/dryer and weekly cleaning on 1week stays up to one month. Relatively easy street parking is available, with garage parking being optional and quoted separately.

Rates are minimum 4 nights $285+12%tax/ night; weekly 15% discount; $225 cleaning fee and , valid CC on file, and Damage Insurance policy required. Rates assume check or e-check payment. If paid by CC a 5% admin fee applies.
